The Baltic Dynamics Conference is annually organised Baltic countries initiative aiming at a promotion of international co-operation in the fields of innovation, SMEs support and technology transfer. The Conference is organised since 1995 in turn by Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and attracts participants from a broad range of countries from all continents around the globe. It promotes exchange of experience and adds to the successful development of innovation and economy.

Conference topics

The Conference will aim at promotion of innovativeness among policy makers, business, science, education and society. Submissions from academics, policy makers, consultants, managers in innovation management, technology transfer as well as in SMEs support field are strongly encouraged and should focus on the following topics:

Important deadlines

31 May 2012: Outlines only (extended)
30 June 2012: Acceptance notification
31 May 2012: End of early registration
31 August 2012: Final submissions (including papers, slides, profiles) together with registration and payment
1 September 2012: End of registration

Conference fee (21% VAT inclusive) includes entry to all sessions at the conference, Participant pack and badge, Conference Book, Welcome Reception & Dinner (13 September, 2012), Conference Dinner (14 September, 2012), lunch and refreshments during the Conference.

Refund policy: Registration refund requests received prior to or on 31 July, 2012 will be charged a € 50 administration fee. Refund requests received after or on 1 August, 2012 will receive a 50% registration fee refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 1 September, 2012. All requests for registration refunds must be in writing and will be confirmed. Please e-mail your cancellation to info@balticdynamics.com. Substitutions for paid registrations are permitted at any time.
